What does Eventim offer in terms of marketing support? 

Eventim sends branded email communications to ticket purchasers and newsletter subscribers. These emails are curated based on recipient location and interests to highlight relevant events.

In addition to email, Eventim offers marketing support across CRM, homepage, web content, social media, and tracking. All requests should now be submitted through the appropriate form to help streamline support and improve execution.

Weekly Regional Newsletter

Weekly Regional Newsletters are sent out every week to highlight a handful of upcoming shows that week in target markets. Shows for this email are curated directly from venues' and promoters’ calendars on Eventim, but clients can request to have a show pushed when they’d like.

These regional email blasts currently cover the following markets:

How to request to be featured in a Weekly Regional Newsletter

If you are a client in one of the above cities and would like to request an event to be featured in a weekly email, please fill out this Eventim Newsletter Request form.

What if my region is not one of the featured email blasts? 

We offer additional marketing support beyond the featured email cities, including homepage placement, CRM campaigns, social posts, and more. To request visibility for your event, please fill out the General Marketing Request Form.
