Laylo Integration

  • Updated

Eventim has partnered with Laylo, a fan-engagement and drop-marketing platform built specifically to help creators, artists, and live event organizers activate their audiences, drive conversions, and increase attendance.

Their most relevant feature is the “drop”— a timed release of information (tickets, lineup announcements, presale links, schedule updates).

This integration can:

  • Create hype and urgency for on-sale moments

  • Ensure fans get reminders right when tickets go live

  • Increase conversion rates due to real-time alerts

  • Segment audiences based on behavior (clicked, purchased, location, etc.)

Step 1: Set Permissions

In order to connect your Eventim account with Laylo, first navigate to your Eventim Client Dashboard. Then, within the left-side menu, go in the section called "Manage" and select "Users".

Once you are on the "Users" page, select the pen icon displayed next to the email of the user you want to grant access to (the permission will give this user access to all the other integrations available for Eventim's clients, such as Cymbal and Tixel).

Once you are on the "User Policies" page, make sure to check the permission called "Integrations Settings".

Keep in mind that you cannot add permissions to your own user. If your user is missing some permissions, contact your Client Service Manager.

Step 2: Get Webhook URL from Laylo

Log into your Laylo account, then within the left-side menu, go in "Settings". Once you are on the "Settings" page, click on "Integrations".

Then, search for the Eventim integration. Once you find it, select the arrow in the upper right corner. You should now be able to copy your Webhook URL.

Step 3: Enable the Laylo Integration

Go back into your Eventim Client Dashboard, and within the left-side menu select "Integrations Settings" (this menu item is displayed within the "Market" section). Toggle on the Laylo Integration, paste the Webhook URL you got from your Laylo account in the empty field, and then Save.

Step 4: Confirm the Connection

As soon as data begins flowing from Eventim to Laylo (once tickets have been sold) you will be able to confirm the connection by going to the Integrations page of your Laylo account. The Eventim card will display a green status indicator once data starts flowing.
