As part of our commitment to keeping your Eventim account secure, we’re sharing a few quick reminders to help you maintain best practices across your team:
Security Best Practices
🔐 Review & Remove Stale Users
Take a moment to audit your Users page on your Client and Event dashboards and remove any users who no longer need access—especially former staff or temporary users.
Go to Client Dashboard > Users or Event Dashboard > Users to see a list of your users.
📬 Stay Vigilant Against Phishing
Be cautious of unexpected emails asking for login details or financial information. Always verify the sender and avoid clicking suspicious links.
🔄 Update Passwords Regularly
Encourage your team to follow password update prompts and avoid reusing credentials across platforms.
🧠 Reinforce Good Security Habits
Ensure each team member has their own Eventim account so multi-factor authentication (MFA) is set up on their devices and remind your team of security protocols. Report any suspicious account activity to security@seetickets.us.
Taking these small steps regularly helps protect your data, your customers, and your business.
Recent Targeted Issues
Occasionally, we are made aware of phishing schemes reported by our clients. If you receive any suspicious emails or messages claiming to be from us requesting personal information, login credentials, or payment details, do not respond or click any links.
What to Do:
- Verify the sender’s email address.
- Contact your client service representative if you’re unsure about the authenticity of a message.
- Report suspicious emails to security@seetickets.us immediately.
- Remember: The only valid URL for sign in to Eventim US is sso.seetickets.us.
Your security is our top priority. Stay vigilant and reach out with any concerns.
