A new version of the Eventim BOCA printing app is now available for download.

Before You Begin

Make sure your computer is running the latest version of Windows (Windows 10 or higher is required).

App Install Instructions

Download the printing app file: SeeTickets.BoxOffice.Printer.Installer.exe

Open the file importer.

Go to Downloads and you will see the application “SeeTickets.BoxOffice.Printer.Installer.exe”.

Right click the application and select Run as administrator.

Allow the application to make changes on the computer by selecting Yes.

After you accept the changes, a window with a black screen will appear. This is normal! Give it a couple minutes to load.

The download will be complete when you see the screen below. Once it’s done, press any key and the screen will disappear. You will now be able to use the new printer app.

Adding the New Printer App to the Taskbar

Now that the new printer app is downloaded, you will want to pin it to your taskbar. Click the Search Bar at the bottom of the screen.

Type “SeeTickets” and the printer app will show up. Click on “Pin to Taskbar”.

You will now be able to see the new printer app on the taskbar.

The new printer app looks very similar to the old one, and works exactly the same. You can just keep on printing like you always have!

Deleting the Old Printer App

Once the new printer app is ready to go, you will want to delete the old printer app. To do so, right click on the app, then select Delete.

Once the old printer app is deleted, you’re all set. The new app will work exactly the same as the old app.
