The Event Dashboard is your central hub for event management.
Top: Quick links to frequently used features.
Left: Sidebar menu with detailed items.
Center: Ticket Manager and ticket type actions.
Once your event is created, you can manage all ticket types directly from this dashboard. The dashboard serves all client types—Venues, Festival organizers, and Promoters. While it looks the same for everyone, some features may vary depending on the event creation tool you use.
Dashboard Features
The following features are available for all clients:
- Lock icon: Switch your event to private or public with one click.
- Quick access buttons: Open Event Settings, Live Stats, or Box Office.
- View Event button: Preview your white label event page as customers see it.
- Ticket Manager: Labels next to "Tickets" show whether ticket types belong to a Tab, Section, or Group (in the example below, they belong to a Tab).
Ticket details: Next to each ticket type, you’ll see its price, tickets sold, holds created, and unsold/available tickets.
Icons (right side of Ticket Manager):
Dollar sign: Opens the Fee page.
Ticket icon (Multi-Day/Pass events only): Assign dates and constraints to each ticket type.
- Link icon: Access the ticket type link.
- Cog icon: Access Ticket Type Advanced Settings (details vary by client type; see below).
- Ellipsis (three dots): Access additional features: Price Levels and Attractions.
- Price Levels: Adjust ticket prices automatically by date or sales volume (details vary by client type; see below).
Attractions: Add additional scan points to each ticket type.
Venue Features
- Event Dashboard (for Venue clients): Use the left-hand EDIT menu to quickly update Event Info, Ticket Manager, Holds, Promote, and Review. Each option redirects to the new event creation tool for Venues (e.g., selecting Ticket Manager opens the section to update ticket types in seconds).
- Cog icon (Event Dashboard): Opens the Ticket Manager in the event creation tool. In the Ticket Types section, clicking the cog icon opens the Ticket Type Advanced Settings.
- Add Price Levels: From the Event Dashboard (ellipsis menu), you’ll be redirected to the event creation tool. In the Ticket Types section, open Ticket Type Advanced Settings and click Add/Update Price Levels to open the Price Level pop-up.
- GA Holds: Track holds in the dedicated section at the bottom of the Event Dashboard.
Festivals and other clients (Non-Venue) Features
- Event Dashboard:Use the left-hand EDIT menu to update Event Info, Tickets, Images, and Details. Each option redirects to the event creation tool (e.g., clicking Ticket Manager opens the section to update ticket types).
- Access Advanced Ticket Type Settings: Click the cog icon on the Event Dashboard to open the page where you can add a ticket description, set On/Off Sale dates, and more.
- Add Price Levels: Click the ellipsis in the Event Dashboard to open the setup page.
